Second Woman Involved In The Attack Of An Uber Driver Has Turned Herself Into Authorities (Update)

Everyone on the innanet has been patiently waiting for the second and final suspect to be arrested involved in the viral assault of Uber driver Subhakar Khadka in San Francisco over not wearing a face mask. The action which directly went against Uber’s policy caused her to be banned from the rideshare platform along with Lyft. Last week we reported that the second woman, 24-year-old Arna Kimiai advised that she would be turning herself into authorities through her legal counsel and she made good on her word. According to ABC 7, Arna is now in custody and has turned herself into the SFPD.

Subhakar Khadka said that during the incident Arna, “Started taunting me, cursing me, questioning me about being a man. The ladies were even talking about shooting me, calling their cousins to shoot me. They were making fun of my race.” According to the report, Arna is currently facing the charges of first-degree robbery, battery on a transit employee, and conspiracy to commit a crime. The other woman involved Malaysia King, also 24 years old has different charges in the case. She was arrested in Las Vegas and charged with assault with a caustic chemical, assault and battery, conspiracy, and violation of the health and safety code related to the Uber attack. In addition she was also charged with allegedly trying to use a fraudulent ID to transfer money out of a Bank of America.

Arna’s bond is set to $75,000.Currently, no court date has been set, and no mugshot is presently available. Many Roommates were upset that Arna’s mugshot wasn’t released and that Malaysia’s was available shortly after her arrest.
