Roommates, y’all know we live for a juicy TSR Baewatch and while we cant quite call this one for sure yet, it’s definitely a good one. Rumors have been swirling about a pop star-NBA superstar romance possibly brewing between Selena Gomez and Jimmy Butler.
The Miami Herald reports that Selena and Jimmy could be boo’d up, after being spotted grabbing dinner together recently, and the streets are definitely talking. A source spoke with E News to confirm that the two have indeed been spending some time together, but claims Selena is “keeping her options open.”
“They hung out a few times while Selena was in New York City,” the source alleges. “Jimmy asked her to go to dinner and they had a great time. “It’s very casual and she’s open to seeing where things go, but isn’t settling down just yet.”
The source also mentions that Selena has been very cautious about dating due to the pandemic, especially since she has lupus.
“Selena has been very careful with her health this year and has barely left her quarantine bubble,” the source says. “She’s been extremely busy working from home on her new beauty line and is very proud to have launched that during a pandemic. She’s been enjoying cooking at home and only seeing a few select friends and family members regularly.”
Fans haven’t seen Selena in a serious relationship in a few years since her on and off relationship with Justin Bieber. The two officially called it quits back in 2018, and Justin married his current wife Hailey Baldwin just a few months later.
