Serena Williams is getting ready for the upcoming season, and to show that she is serious about her business, she showed off her recent workout with boxing legend Mike Tyson.
On Thursday, she posted a video of herself hitting the punching bag with Mike on the other side of the bag coaching her. She said, “Preseason just got real.” She also shared photos of her and Mike Tyson in the act of working out, and let’s just say Serena has those hands.
Mike Tyson also weighed in on the experience and said, “I don’t want to get in the ring with this GOAT @serenawilliams much love and respect.”

We all know that Serena is serious about her work on and off the tennis court, so there is no surprise that she enlisted the help of one of the most influential boxers for her workout.
However, if that wasn’t enough, Mike also showed that he also worked with one of tennis’ rising stars as well. He posted a video of him working with Coco Guaff, and said, “Future GOAT 15-year-old WTA @cocogauff. An awesome example of kindness, courage, and tenacity. Look out for what she does 2020.”
