Roomies, Sexyy Red is making it clear shes moving on her own termsand not everybodys opinions are invited. After folks had plenty to say about her latest look, she popped back out like she had something to prove or maybe just remind everybody who she is.
On Wednesday (April 22), the rapper shared a new clip of herself riding in the backseat of a car, rocking a red dress with white polka dots while vibing out to ‘If You Want It.’ What really had people talking again, though, was her fresh-faced look paired with red lemonade braidsthe same style that had critics sounding off in an earlier clip. But instead of switching it up, she leaned all the way in, captioning the video, MRS. DO AND SAY WTF I WANT TO CAUSE AIN’T NOBODY GONE TELL ME WTF TO DO OR BMA WHEN I KNOW IM DA BADDEST BTHC INA WHOLE WIDE WORLD FYM BTHC.
And if that wasnt enough, she seemingly clapped back directly at the comments, going toe-to-toe with critics in her replies. In screenshots circulating online, she wrote things like, “U think yo man gaf how ugly my braids is… no he’s cracked,” and “Now I really love em since y’all hate em so much… come on hate more SC,” before adding, “Miss rock my hair how I want too cause can’t nobody tell me shatttt about me !!”Whewlooks like shes standing ten toes down on her look, regardless of what anybody has to say.
Chile, the Roommates wasted no time flooding TSR’s Instagram to sound off in the comments. And, the opinions were all over the place. Some folks kept it real simple, saying her hair looked just fine and even pointed out that plenty of people rocked that same style back in the day. Meanwhile, others came through with the jokes, saying Sexyy clearly isnt losing sleep over what broke people think about her look.
