In an X post, Sexyy Red seemingly weighed in on a post about the Ray Charles biopic, which showed the late icon allegedly stressing out his lady with cheating allegations. The user wrote, Had my girl STRESSED, and Red chimed in, giving her take and seemingly agreeing with the sentiment.
With her message, Sexyy Red said she wouldnever trust a man, using a wild comparison: Ray Charles cheated blind & you think I’m finna trust ah [man]that could see???? The rappers words quickly caught fire, sparking reactions from fans and fellow celebrities alike. Some laughed, some gasped, but almost everyone had thoughts. From calling out relationship drama to speaking her mind about loyalty and respect, the rapper clearly didn’t hold back.
Some fans ran straight to The Shade Room Instagram comment section and felt that Sexyy Red needs to heal before fully trusting anyone, saying her post showed shes still carrying past pain.
