#ShannadeClermont is trying to live it up one more time before she goes to prison for fraud.

She reportedly asked the judge if it was cool to travel to #Miami just days before she has to surrender to serve her 1-year prison sentence, according to @blast.

We exclusively reported last month that Shannade was sentenced to a year after pleading guilty to one count of fraud for trying to make $20,000 in purchases with a card she took from a man who passed away after hiring her for a “date.”

Shannade is also trying to get to Miami because she reportedly has a paid appearance for Galore Magazine that she needs to attend and says during the trip, she will also spend time with family before self-surrendering to begin her prison term.

Shannade has until June 4th to check into a prison designated to her by the Bureau of Prisons.

She was indicted for three felonies, including wire fraud, access device fraud, and identity theft.

Clermont had nothing to do with the man’s death, which was ruled an overdose. Prosecutors say she was hired as a prostitute for the evening and swiped his credit card information for a $20,000 spending spree that included clothes and airline tickets.

“Former reality TV ‘Bad Girl’ Shannade Clermont lived up to her on-screen persona, as she admitted to stealing the debit card information from a man she visited for a prostitution date in his Manhattan apartment.  When the man died of an overdose, instead of notifying the authorities or calling for help, Clermont callously chose to use the man’s debit card information to make tens of thousands of dollars in illegal purchases. As Shannade Clermont has now learned, her real-life bad behavior has real-life consequences, and has now landed her in federal prison,” said U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Geoffrey S. Berman in a statement.

We also reported that she has to undergo drug and mental treatment after her prison sentence.
