Simon Guobadia, Porsha Williams’ estranged husband, is reportedly in ICE custody. According to US Weekly, Guobadia is currently being held at Stewart Detention Center in Lumpkin, Georgia. U.S. Department of Homeland Security records obtained on Friday, Feb. 21, confirm his detention.

Us Weekly also shared that authorities have listed Simon Guobadia’s status as “in ICE custody.” His detainment follows President Donald Trump’s mass deportation plan, which he enacted at the start of his term in January.
PageSix notes that Guobadia moved from Nigeria to the United States in 1982 and is accused of overstaying his visa. Atlanta’s WSB-TV-2 adds that authorities allegedly declared him deportable in 1985. At this time, Simon has not commented on any statements regarding his status.
