In the recent TikTok clip, the 28-year-old said, “I’ve had three plastic surgeries and two of them you would never be able to tell,” before daring her followers to figure it out. The comment section immediately went into detective mode, with one fan guessing “boobs, skinny BBL, and eye lift or skin tightening?” Biles hopped right in to set the record straight, revealing she’d had a lower blepharoplasty to treat what she called “THE WORST eye bags,” and earlobe surgery after an old earring injury.
And while Simone didn’t outright confirm a boob job, she kept things playful — dropping a simple cherry emoji next to her comment. Fans clocked that it’s not the first time she’s used that emoji to hint at a little enhancement, after she posted a “first flip in a year” video earlier in October with the same cheeky symbol.
