Simone Biles is keeping it 100 with her followers and the internet is talking. The seven-time Olympic gold medalist recently took to TikTok to share some fun facts about herself, casually dropping that shes had three plastic surgeries and instantly had fans guessing.
In the recent TikTok clip, the 28-year-old said, Ive had three plastic surgeries and two of them you would never be able to tell, before daring her followers to figure it out. The comment section immediately went into detective mode, with one fan guessing boobs, skinny BBL, and eye lift or skin tightening? Biles hopped right in to set the record straight, revealing shed had a lower blepharoplasty to treat what she called THE WORST eye bags, and earlobe surgery after an old earring injury.
And while Simone didnt outright confirm a boob job, she kept things playful dropping a simple cherry emoji next to her comment. Fans clocked that its not the first time shes used that emoji to hint at a little enhancement, after she posted a first flip in a year video earlier in October with the same cheeky symbol. Whether its medals or transparency, one things for sure Simone Biles stays winning, on and off the mat.
Fans wasted no time running to Simones TikTok comments and they definitely didnt hold back. Many gushed over how flawless she looks, calling her stunning and the definition of perfect. Others turned into detectives, trying to guess which procedures she had done, while a few pointed out her new curves, saying something about her look seemed a little different.

This isnt the first time Simone Biles has had folks talking about possible enhancements. Back in July, the gymnast posted a baecation photo dump from Belize with her husband, NFL star Jonathan Owens, rocking a two-piece Fendi bikini, gold chains, and black shades. The comments section lit up almost immediately, with folks pointing out that it wasnt her first time dropping pics that fueled speculation. Some even compared the new shots to older bikini photos from March, saying Simone mightve been hinting long before she confirmed it herself.
