Lauryn Hill is going to need to work on getting to her concerts on time because her fans have had enough of her excessive tardiness and apologies. The singer is currently overseas on the European leg of her ‘MisEducation 20th Anniversary Tour.’ She was set to put on a full show at Accor Hotel Arena in Bercy but sis arrived too late, 2 and half hours to be exact!
Y’all know venues have strict curfew rules so she was only up there for a hot minute, many of her fans said the show was only 32 minutes.
According to @ThatGrapeJuice, she was 1 hour and 40 minutes late to her show in Brussels the night before, and was only on the stage for about 40 minutes.
Lauryn took to social media, as usual, to issue an apology to her fans for her lil’ short shows.
“Dear Brussels and Paris,
We apologize for the late start. We’re working through the kinks of moving the production to Europe, with time changes and curfew restrictions, we’ve had a few challenges in these early shows.”
Although the apology seemed sincere, some fans were still pissed on Twitter.
“After waiting four hours and buying to very expensive tickets minus the trip from Miami to Paris I left at 10:40 and u lost a fan of over 20 plus years for life. I had to eat the money I fly back to US early morning. Lauryn Hill is a disgrace to her fans !!!”
