On Monday, The Shade Room captured footage of Alex Fine leaving the Daniel Patrick Moynihan U.S. Courthouse in New York City. In the clip, Fine was seen wearing black sunglasses, a matching shirt, pants, and black boots. Furthermore, as Fine made his way from the courthouse, he was met with a large crowd and tons of questions from reporters. Nonetheless, Fine remained mum and ultimately made his way to a black, suburban vehicle.

Before the spotting of Alex Fine, day one of Diddy’s federal criminal trial made major headlines. As The Shade Room previously reported, opening statements were given by the prosecution and the 55-year-old’s defense team before two witnesses for the prosecution took the stand.
In opening statements, the prosecution accused Diddy of running a “criminal enterprise,” and using money and his reputation to cover up abuse toward his former girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, now also known as Casandra Fine. Additionally, the prosecution spoke about Diddy’s alleged “freak offs,” noting his alleged “dehumanizing violence” toward women. One instance spoke about was Diddy allegedly ordering a male escort to urinate in Cassie’s mouth on one alleged occasion.

In turn, the 55-year-old’s defense team alleged his relationship with Cassie was consensual and she “had a choice every single day to stay with him.” Furthermore, a police officer took the stand on Monday to testify as a witness to Diddy’s March 2016 assault of Cassie in a hotel hallway, per The Shade Room. Additionally, Daniel Phillip, a male stripper, also testified to participating in hotel escapades with Diddy and Cassie and witnessing his abuse toward her.
Before the day concluded, sketches became available showing Diddy and others in the courtroom.
