Rasheeda Shares Message About Pushing Past “Feeling Defeated”
Earlier this week, Rasheeda took to Instagram to share a quick clip showing her out and about on a stroll. In the clip, Rasheeda explained that she’s been “feeling defeated lately.” Furthermore, she said she was walking to get some Vitamin D and to get some exercise in her system.
“And give glory to God, and speak to the Lord. Amen, chile cause, whew, life be life-ing,” she continued. “But [this is] just a message for everybody to keep pushing, keep going no matter what no matter how defeated things may seem, give it to him. Hand it over to the Lord, y’all.”
As the clip concluded, Rasheeda exclaimed that the day would be a great one and wished everyone many blessings.
“Turn it over to the Lord ,” she captioned the clip.

Rasheeda Recently Turned Heads Participating In A Viral Trend About Kirk Frost
Before her message about pushing past “feeling defeated,” Rasheeda turned heads after participating in a viral trend. As The Shade Room previously reported, in August, Rasheeda stopped by Antoinette Media and participated in an acting challenge that used the phrase “I ain’t leaving Kirk.” To note, Rasheeda dropped the phrase while spitting a freestyle in 2025.
In the acting challenge, Rasheeda practiced saying the phrase in a few different tones.
