Social media users are trying to figure out whats really going on after PlaqueBoyMax posted what looked like a goodbye to FaZe Clan. In a recent post and video, Max speaks on his departure, leaving fans confused and curious.

PlaqueBoyMax Announces His Departure From FaZE Clan

Truth or troll? Fans were left with questions after Max took to X with a short and surprising post that read: left @FaZeClan. Not long after the tweet, a clip surfaced of Max going live and speaking on the situation. In the stream, he reflected on his time in FaZe and whats next. He shared that hes planning to focus more on his own brand, 5STAR, where he works as a music producer and rapper. Here’s what he said:

FaZe Clan is a content organization that started with gamer-focused content like Call of Duty, but has since evolved to include creators, influencers, and streamers from all corners of the internet. Max officially joined FaZe in April 2024 and quickly gained attention with his In The Booth series, where he makes music with artists live on stream. Big names like Sexyy Red, Fivio Foreign, and even Will Smith have appeared on the show. He also recently landed the No. 4 spot on Complexs Hip Hop Media Power Rankings

FaZe Clan Responds To Maxs Announcement

While the internet is still debating whether Maxs tweet was serious, FaZe Clans official account posted a heartfelt message Wednesday night that seemed to confirm the news.

Max we appreciate you for everything youve done for FaZe. Family forever. You supported this when it was at its lowest, and we will forever support you and never forget that. Best of luck in your journey, PBM 

As of now, Max hasnt posted or gone live again since the announcement.
