Jackilyn Martinez, the mother of Soulja Boy‘s child, has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Blueface for defamation.
Earlier this week, Blueface made a string of allegations against Martinez during a heated quarrel with Soulja Boy on Instagram Live. As the pair went back and forth throwing insults at one another, Blueface went on to allege he had previously hooked up with the model.
Jackilyn Denies Sleeping With Blueface
In her lawsuit, Martinez stated that the Zeus Network star had consequently spread misinformation about her when he also implied he could be her child’s father with the ‘Crank Dat’ rapper. Soulja Boy and Martinez welcomed their baby boy, KeAndre, in October 2022.

Court documents obtained by RadarOnline reveal that Martinez categorically denies having shared a sexual relationship with Blueface or the possibility of him being her child’s father.
During one part of the Live, Blueface told Soulja Boy, “I already f****d your baby mama… I already beat you to the punch. I f****d your baby mama the day before your baby shower.”
Things appeared to escalate when Blueface took to X, formerly known as Twitter.
“…might be my kid he ain’t even get the DNA test,” he tweeted.
Martinez further noted that Blueface’s remarks had left a tainted mark on her personal and professional reputation. Blueface’s words did not align with the truth, she stated, citing the industry she works in, where “attitude, trust, stability, and being level-headed” are essential.
And now she wants him to pay up.
Jackilyn Wants To Be Compensated For “General Damages”
“The defamatory statements tended to directly injure and impugn [Martinez], with respect to [her] offices, professions, trades, vocational capacity, businesses and reputation,” the lawsuit reads, per Radar.
“The statements made about me are defamatory and false and my lawyers have sent a cease and desist to Blueface,” Martinez stated.
Reportedly, Martinez is asking the court for general damages she has suffered from Blueface’s defamatory comments, including medical expenses.
She also wants him to compensate her for “loss of earnings” and “loss of earnings capacity” and have a judge order him to foot the bill for all attorney’s fees acquired from the suit.
Blueface Called Soulja Boy Out For Being A No-Show
During their Instagram Live, Soulja and Blueface agreed to meet to physically hash out their differences.
Blueface showed up at the location — a discreet parking lot — but couldn’t find his opponent anywhere.
As for the lawsuit, RadarOnline reports that Blueface has yet to respond.
