Roommates, it looks like Aoki Lee Simmons and Vittorio Assaf might’ve left their romance in St. Barts. According to multiple reports on Tuesday (April 9), the 21-year-old and 65-year-old have ended their relationship.
Last week Friday, Aoki Lee shook the internet when photos surfaced of her lip-locking with the restaurateur. Social media shared mixed reactions to their beachside PDA, which also included Vittorio snapping pictures of his lil’ model boo and a joint dip in the ocean.

Sources Say Aoki Lee Ended Her Relationship With The 65-Year-Old
Keep in mind that Aoki Lee Simmons just confirmed that Vittorio was, indeed, her man. On Friday, she gave a nonchalant Instagram Story response to the trending talks.
But by the next day, she live streamed a ride in the car with Vittorio Assaf in the driver seat. She addressed him as her “boyfriend” and “baby” throughout the video, revealing that she’s “very happy.” Aoki also claimed that when she returned home, people who knew her would get “a happier, more chilled-out version” of her.
Meanwhile, her 65-year-old man — who remained off-camera — revealed that his favorite part of the trip was being with Aoki. That video was taken on their last day in St. Barts.

Then, on Tuesday, Page Six quoted a source close to the 21-year-old who said her new relationship is “100% done” and “they’re absolutely not dating.”
This source reportedly spoke with Aoki on Monday, who allegedly said, “Of course, I’m not with him, I was never with him.”
And it looks like the Harvard grad was unfazed by the end of her island romance. Page Six reported that Aoki Lee popped out on Saturday (April 6) to Columbia Law School’s annual Barrister’s Ball after landing in the States. The event occurred in New York, the home city of her 65-year-old fling’s Serafina restaurant.

While the innanet went wild over Aoki Lee kissing a man 44 years her senior, her parents also seemed to weigh in. Within hours of the viral photos, Kimora Lee Simmons took to her Instagram Story with a repost of a mama panda bear trying to get her baby bear in check.
Meanwhile, Russell Simmons took a lighter approach, sharing a throwback photo with Aoki on his Instagram feed. In his caption, he reminded his daughter he loved her and that his phone line was open to her.
Earlier this week, he told TMZ he knew about Aoki’s lil’ fling and the photos before the internet did. He added that he wasn’t going to “kick and scream about her choices” but offer his “advice and unconditional love” as an option.
On the other hand, Kimora was reportedly NOT here for her daughter dating a man in his 60s. According to PEOPLE, a source close to the family claimed she was concerned.
“Not only is it ‘over’, it was never a thing,” the insider told PEOPLE. “Aoki is learning to navigate her private life in a public sphere. And that can be difficult. However, Kimora was concerned to see her daughter in that kind of relationship due to what she herself went through.”
Aoki Lee, Vittorio Assaf, and their reps have not publicly addressed the alleged end of their romance.
