St. Louis ‘Karen’ and ‘Ken’ Who Waved Guns At BLM Protesters Invited To Speak At Republican National Convention

TSR Politics: The Democratic National Convention saw the likes of Michelle Obama, Bernie Sanders and Kerry Washington on its lineup of speakers. So what will the Republican National Convention bring the people? Y’all remember “Karen” and “Ken” of St. Louis?

Mark and Patricia McCloskey, who were charged with felonies for unlawful use of a weapon after waving their guns at Black Lives Matter protesters marching past their home, have been invited to speak at the RNC among some other eyebrow raising picks, The Hill reports.

The McCloskeys are expected to publicly endorse Trump for reelection during their virtual appearance. The St. Louis couple was praised by conservatives after videos and photos of their confrontation with BLM protesters outside their home went viral last month.

Though charges were brought against Mark and Patricia McCloskey following an investigation into the incident, Missouri Governor Mike Parson, who is Republican, has vowed to pardon the couple if they are criminally charged.

While the Democrats have a star-studded list of speakers, the Republicans also plan to bring Nicholas Sandmann to speak. Sandmann is the former Covington Catholic High School student who went viral for his confrontation with a Native American elder while visiting the nation’s capital.

Other speakers include South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, and former Planned Parenthood director-turned-pro-life advocate Abby Johnson, according to Fox News.

While social media made jokes about the RNC lineup as the DNC kicked off Monday night, people realized that the McCloskeys as speakers was not one of them.

Other names that were jokingly thrown out as potential RNC speakers included former “Happy Days” star Scott Baio, the ‘My Pillow’ guy, Melania Trump, and Clint Eastwood.

Regardless of how you’re voting this November, we just hope you make it to the polls to flex that right! We’ll keep you posted on any updates, Roomies.
