Stefon Diggs is gearing up for a new chapter, but first, he’s reportedly facing a paternity suit from Aileen Lopera, also known as Lord Gisselle, who claims he is the father of her 5-month-old daughter.
According to documents obtained by PEOPLE, model Aileen Lopera, who goes by Lord Gisselle on Instagram, accuses Stefon Diggs of fathering her baby girl, who was reportedly born in April. Lopera reportedly first filed the docs in December 2024 while she was pregnant, asking the court to determine a parental relationship of the unborn child. Aileen also reportedly asked the court to grant her full legal and physical custody of the child while limiting Stefon to visitation rights. The documents also reveal that Aileen named her daughter Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera, giving the baby girl Stefon’s last name.
Per Page Six, Diggs responded to the suit in July, denying he fathered the child and requesting genetic testing. The New England Patriots football player also stated in the filings that if testing proves he is the father, he wants joint legal and physical custody along with shared responsibility for “reasonable expenses” tied to pregnancy, birth, attorney fees, and court costs.
Details on Aileen Lopera’s suit arrives as Stefon announced he is expecting another child. Details about the unborn child remain scarce, but if he fathered Aileen’s daughter, he will become a father of three. Stefon Diggs is reportedly already a dad to an 8-year-old daughter, Nova, from a previous relationship.
