Queen Bey surprised us yet again with her 6th studio album. The album, which includes a visual album debuted on April 23, 2016 and ever since the #BeyHive has been going crazy. If you need a little motivation in gym I highly suggest watching the “Sorry” video, because Serena Williams gives LIFE with her perfectly toned legs.

2. A Good Night in the Ghetto-Kamaiyah

Kamaiyah, a young, creative, and innovative female rapper out ofOakland, Ca. gives so much life with her new mixtape. This mixtape debuted in March and ever since this young lady has been on fire. She uses old school beats, and lyrics with a 90′s kind of theme with and a new school kick. If you’re just starting out in the gym and want to take it easy listen to”Freaky Freaks” on repeat and it’ll get you through.

3. Coloring Book-Chance the Rapper

Coloring Book is the third mixtape for Chance the Rapper and it is such a well done project. Chance the rapper combined gospel and rap to tell stories about fatherhood and life. This album is perfect for a morning work out, because it’s mellow but up beat enough to stay focused.

4. Life Of Pablo-Kanye West

Yes there has been so much talk about Kanye this week, but without a doubt Life of Pablo is a great album. Kanye is definitely a musical genius and listening to this album in the gym will make you fill like a musician. It’s up-beat, fun, and the sounds are incredible. Of course “Famous” will have you falling in love with the gym.

5. Anti-Rihanna

Thank you Rih Rih for this one. She gives us a little bit of everything in this project. This album is good for any mood you’re in,especially while working out. “Woo,” will make you want to bust out a 5k without stopping no seriously! Anti will definitely uplift your gym spirits.

Take it one day at time and listen to good music while doing so, it’ll definitely help to focus and stay consistent in the gym.
