By now, many of you have seen the viral video of T.I. getting a few things off of his chest at a recent comedy show in Atlanta after a fellow comic made a joke about the previous sexual assault allegations against him.
As previously reported, the comic he addressed goes by the name Lauren Knight, and on Tuesday she took to social media to share her story about everything that happened leading up to her making a joke about the allegations. She claimed that T.I. had been heckling her from the crowd and calling her out her name.
After she made a video explaining her side, T.I. took to Instagram live to speak about the situation and he denied ever calling Lauren out of her name. He said, “Never called you out your name, never called you a b**ch. Give me a video where I called you a b**ch I’ll give you a million dollars.”
Lauren shared the clip from his live and then a clip that appeared to be from the night of the show. In the clip, you can hear the b-word being used. She said in her caption, “I’m getting death threats and harassed cause a n***a wanna lie. This lame as hell. This s**t aggy and most importantly I have no reason to lie.”

T.I. then followed up with a clip from the show where he was seen embracing Lauren and letting her know that he was there for her protection and correction.
He said in his caption, “I‘ve said from my entrance into the world of comedy that I intend to use my light to shine on others. To bring awareness to those who also have love and respect for the art form. In the spirit of that… Everyone I’d like to introduce you to @sheslaurenk she’s a young up & coming comic on the scene in Atlanta check her out. She’s a young black woman fighting to use her voice for laughter & I understand that may take us down dark roads at times but there’s always an opportunity to find a beacon of light & produce a positive outcome.”Â
T.I. ended things by saying, “I wish you the best & hope you bring the world more joy & laughter with the light you receive. I’ve done my part here… moving on.”
