Whew! T-Pain is a legendary name in music, as we all know, so it’s expected that many fellow celebs and folks in the industry would reach out to work with him. Well, he revealed on Wednesday that he’s been accidentally ignoring all of his DMs for possible collaborations for the past two years!
In a TikTok video, T-Pain revealed that he only recently discovered the “message requests” tab on Instagram, and has been ignoring DMs from some of the biggest celebs like Fergie and Viola Davis. We even saw Nickelodeon trynna get in contact with him!
“I was today years old when I found out about the request folder on Instagram that’s full of celebs trying to reach me,” the voiceover said. “Dude is that Fergie? Smh. I’ve been accidentally straight up ignoring all these people for like two years.”

“I swear!! I’m just now seeing all these messages and mentions TODAY!!!!!,” he captioned the video. “How do I super apologize? Press conference? Town hall meeting? I’m dumb.”
T-Pain said that there were hundreds of DMs in his request folder, and based on a few of the words he showed on screen, people have been trying to get to the money alongside him for some time now.
We aren’t too sure how he overlooked the feature, Roomies, but we sure hope he can reconcile some of those relationships at this point!
