Roommates, none of us are immune from social media trolls and unfortunately, celebrities have to deal with it more than anyone. T-Pain recently got the last laugh when dealing with a troll who created an entire website about how much they hate him.
There are a few ways to deal with social media trolls. You can go back-and-forth with them, ignore them or take the T-Pain route and beat them at their own game.
When he was alerted that someone created a “F**k T-Pain” website, he did what bosses do and decided to buy the website for his own and sell his personal T-Pain merchandise.
He posted the following message on Twitter explaining what happened:
“k so here’s wht happened. My dawg sent me the http://f**ktpain.com link and instead of trying to take it down and hurt the person that put time into making the site. I simply purchased it from them and now all the profit comes to me. Got it? So buy it up!! I’d appreciate it.”
T-Pain initially bought the website back in November 2019 and wrote this at the time:
“F**k T-Pain I guess lol…….. I bought everything so feel free to uhhh…… ya know….. definitely buy something.”
Well, this just goes to show that sometimes the best revenge is definitely your paper and to play chess when others are playing checkers. Good job, T-Pain!
