Tamar Braxton filed for divorce from Vincent Herbert back in October 2017, but according to new legal documents, not much has been done since. In response, the Los Angeles County court has sent her a warning, stating that if she doesn’t move forward with the case, it will be dismissed.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the court says Vince hasn’t responded to the divorce petition, and there’s also no proof that Tamar properly served her estranged husband with the papers.
If nothing happens, the singer is in danger of remaining married over inactivity.
