Word on the street is Tamar Braxton and her husband, Vince Hubert, don’t like to pay their employees! Now the couple is being sued by a nanny that is complaining that the couple owes her over $161k in unpaid wages!
According to Funky Dineva, the former nanny says she was hired by Tamar and Vince just a few days prior to Tamar’s ‘Love and War’ tour and despite their refusal to pay her on the books or make a contract, she agreed to babysit their child for $37.50/hr ($1500/wk).
Legal documents show that she is owed $161,060 in back pay and because of their refusal to pay on the books she can not produce payroll records. A vast majority of what she’s owed is comprised of overtime pay ($120,050).
Neither Tamar or her husband has responded to the paperwork but word around town is that the couple is having money troubles. Hopefully Tamar doesn’t turn into the female version of Birdman because it ain’t a good look! Let’s chat below!
