Tamar Braxton & Jeremy Robinson Reveal They’re Engaged— As His Ex Accuses Braxton Of ‘Drama And Chaos’

Tamar Braxton is now a fiance! The singer is officially engaged to attorney Jeremy ‘JR’ Robinson. Unfortunately, at least one of Jeremy’s exes and four mothers of his children are not happy with the engagement news specifically because of Tamar, she revealed.

The couple first sparked dating rumors in August after they popped out hand-in-hand for his 46th birthday celebration.

Entertainment Tonight confirmed the engagement news, adding that the pair are in the “planning stages.” Robinson reportedly proposed to Braxton during the final moments of the season finale for reality show, Queens Court, telling the singer:

“I don’t wanna be your friend. I wanna be your husband. I’m here forever because I don’t see my life without you,” Jeremy told Braxton. “And I love you, Tamar. Tamar, will you marry me?”

Tamar Braxton Says Jeremy’s Children Mean ‘Everything’ To Her, His Ex Disagrees

Today she’s celebrating her birthday and took to Instagram to also thank the man “who puts [a] cheesy smile” on her face. In the post, she also addressed talks about their blended family.

Braxton wrote:

“It took me a while to realize that this wholesome, Traditional love is the kind that I wanted and needed. We have 6 children between the two of us, and they mean EVERYTHING to me. So miss me with the he has 4 baby mamas!! Thank God for them. We are blessed And drama free, thank God for my best friend, life partner and fiance @rarebreednola the happiest birthday to me ever.”

After Tamar’s post began circulating, Anaston Jeni, Jeremy’s ex and co-parent released a lengthy clap back at Tamar’s “blessed and drama-free” claim. Jeni said she’s sat “in silence for over a year,” respecting people’s privacy while hers has been disrespected, allegedly by Tamar.

Anaston wrote:

“I’ve sat in silence while this person has come into my son’s life and caused nothing but chaos and unnecessary drama. While I will not speak on my son’s other siblings and what type of relationship their father or this woman has with them. Let me be clear for all who know me and all who know them. This woman is in no way a bonus or stepmom to my son. My son does not mean ‘everything’ to her, and she has not thanked God for me & truthfully, none of his baby mamas. She has said demeaning, disrespectful & outrageous things about how I have chosen to co-parent with my son’s father and the efforts I have made to keep him involved.”

The ex added that Tamar has not tried getting to know her “as a woman or mother.” She also alleged Tamar has interfered with Jeremy and his son’s relationship by causing him “to miss visitation weekend and birthdays.”

In her caption, Anaston said she has never been a “bitter baby mama” or opportunist.

“But people who know me both on social media and in real life know that I have never been any of those things. I have worked hard for everything that I have & none of it was given to me by my sons father. I have supported him while he has lived his life to the fullest and have never made disparaging or defaming comments about him on social media. I do not benefit financially or socially by any of this becoming public. I do not desire to be famous or well-known,” Jeni wrote.

Tamar and Jeremy have not responded to her claims. Congrats to the couple on their engagement!
