Roommates, Tamar Braxton has the internet going WILD with reactions after she seemingly weighed in on Billboard’s viral R&B artist list. The singer didn’t hold back, quickly calling out the publication for leaving out someone she feels definitely deserved a spot. Now, folks online are sharing their thoughts on her comment, and she seems to have a lot of people confused. Chile, let’s get into it!
Braxton had folks scratching their heads after she jumped on X (formerly Twitter) to sound off about Billboard’s newly released list of the 75 best R&B artists of all time. For context, Billboard recently dropped their 75 greatest R&B artists of all time, and the internet’s been going off about it with celebs also chiming in. Braxton was among the bunch to join the conversation, saying she thought they were wrong for not including “Kelly.”

Tamar dropped “Kelly” without saying which one, and that had folks guessing all over the place. Some thought she meant Kelly Rowland, while others were sure she was talking about Kelly Price. Well, Tamar stepped right into The Shade Room’s comment section to clear up all the confusion, confirming she was referring to Kelly Clarkson.
“… had u posted the tweet before .. the church would know.. be blessed dont @ me.. Kelly Clarkson is THAT throat,” Tamar wrote.
Meanwhile, folks over in The Shade Room’s comment section spoke on Tamar’s take. Some folks agreed that Kelly Clarkson is that girl, but noted that she doesn’t fit on an R&B list.
