Tammy Rivera Drops New Song For Single Mothers Titled ‘Babymama’ (Video)

Can we make some room for Tammy Rivera in the R&B world? We know sis has multiple hustles, but on Monday she reminded us that singing is one of them.

Tammy shared her newest track with social media and her single is definitely taking aim at deadbeat daddies!

The track, which is aptly titled “Babymama” talks about baby fathers not acting right, and essentially playing more of a submissive role when it comes to parenting.

“MY NEW SINGLE BABYMAMA OUT NOW ON ALL DIGITAL PLATFORMS!!!!,” Tammy’s caption read.

She specifically shouted out hard working mothers in her message, suggesting that it is time to change the narrative.

“THIS ONE FOR MY HARD WORKING MOTHERS WHO BABY FATHERS I MEAN BABY MOTHERS DON’T PLAY THEIR PART!,” Tammy said. “We changing the narrative! Tag a friend who got a babymama.”

In the song, she’s basically telling the subject that they might as well switch places due to his lack of effort.

“I can’t stand you, I don’t want you. Since you can’t be a decent baby father, guess that make you a babymama,” the lyrics say. “You act like a b***h sometimes, I feel like we switch sometimes and you’re the babymama.”

While it seems Tammy’s after a babymama anthem with this one, I don’t think this is any indication of what’s going on in her real life marriage to husband Waka Flocka.

The couple are in the middle of their second season “Waka & Tammy: What the Flocka” on WE tv and just last year, the couple seemed very much in love after Waka went viral for penning Tammy a sweet message about never letting her walk away. You can read that here.
