The first photo in the post showed Charlie standing next to her mom as they held a sign shaped like a key that read, “Closed at Raimond & Associates LLC.” Additionally, one of the subsequent photos in the carousel showed her posing alongside Waka.
“✨ No mortgage… just HOA fees 😌 Forever grateful to God for blessing me and my parents 💘 especially my dad ✨,” she wrote in the caption of the post.

Tammy Rivera Responds After Internet User Hypes Up Her & Waka Flocka Being “Back”
Then, Tammy Rivera provided more context to her daughter’s milestone with a post shared on her own Instagram. In her caption, Rivera revealed that this was Charlie’s first time moving out, and she bought a condo “paid in full.”
“Thanks to dad @wakaflocka and most in importantly God!” Rivera noted. “No mortgage shawty! I’m soo happy and proud of you lil mama! You deserve it all! You grown grown!🏠🔑”
