The couple said “I do” in their favorite city, tying the knot at the luxurious Atlantis The Royal resort in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Their “elegant, classy and timeless” ceremony went down on Tuesday, November 11, with an all-black, black-tie theme that brought the chicest energy to the desert.

According to a PEOPLE exclusive, about 130 guests jetted across the globe — many for the very first time — to watch the actor and former BET host, 43, marry the stunning 27-year-old model. The couple’s friend, Anthony Anderson, even flew out to officiate the ceremony. Mikalah described the big day as “a dream come true,” saying it meant everything to have their loved ones under one roof to celebrate their deep connection. Terrence added that the day felt like “bringing cultures [and] creatives together,” calling the destination wedding an “international collaboration.”
A Dubai Fairytale: Yacht Parties, Vows & A Floating Cake
And of course, this wasn’t your average “I do.” From yacht parties and desert dinners to an all-white beach bash, Terrence and Mikalah Sultan turned their wedding week into an experience. The bride floated down the aisle to Elvis Presley’s ‘Can’t Help Falling in Love’ — the same song the couple first danced to after getting engaged — before exchanging heartfelt handwritten vows.
Guests enjoyed a four-course dinner featuring Carbone’s spicy rigatoni, live music, belly dancers, and a jaw-dropping floating wedding cake that had everyone talking. After surprising guests with a choreographed waltz to Teddy Swims’ ‘Lose Control,’ the newlyweds sealed their forever with laughter, tears, and lots of love.
Terrence & Mikalah’s Journey To Forever
Terrence and Mikalah’s love story began in Manchester, England, and they’ve been inseparable ever since. The former ‘106 & Park’ host popped the question in December 2023 at the Perez Art Museum in Miami. The actor rented out the rooftop for a surprise engagement party with their closest friends and family. Sultan gushed that Terrence always makes her “feel safe, loved and supported” and calls him her “biggest cheerleader” and “best friend.” Now, as newlyweds, the couple is focused on enjoying life together, with Sultan sharing that “every day is an adventure” and their life together is “everything I could’ve asked for.”
