Roommates, the BET Awards definitely understood the assignment, as this year’s ceremony received tons of love from fans who enjoyed the perfect mix of celebrity presenters, big announcements, viral moments and performances that still have everyone talking. While the show was great, things got even more lit during the BET Awards after parties, where celebrities like Chloe Bailey, City Girls, Lil Kim, Megan Thee Stallion and more came to slay!
At this point, Chloe Bailey is very familiar with making jaws drop due to her curves—and she continued applying pressure not only at the BET Awards, but also at the after parties, where she rocked a black latex mini dress with black platform ankle-strap heels.
She wasn’t alone, as JT and Careesha of the City Girls not only changed their clothes, but they also ditched their black wigs for matching platinum blonde locks and short dresses. The two seemed in good spirits following their first televised performance of “Twerkulator.”
Cardi B, fresh off announcing her second pregnancy to the world, also hit a few after parties with her hubby Offset. She shut the stage down earlier in the night when she popped up during the Migos performance and showed off her baby bump.
BET Awards host Taraji P. Henson, who made several wardrobe changes during the show, gave one last slay of the night when she stepped out in a black long-sleeve mini dress with a plunging neckline.
Meanwhile, Lil Kim and Megan Thee Stallion linked up and showed each other love with their afterparty looks. Lil Kim switched from blonde hair to bright pink with a matching pink jumpsuit, while Megan also switched her hair from light to dark and changed into a white cut-out mini dress.
Overall, this year’s BET Awards was definitely one to remember!
