The follow-up to Kendrick Lamar’s Good kid, M.A.A.D City album was released last night, a whole week too early!!!
Lamar’s highly anticipated sophomore album, To Pimp A Butterfly was set to be released on March 23rd but the clean version has hit iTunes overnight much to the surprise of not only his fans but also his management team, including the CEO of Top Dawg Entertainment, Anthony Tiffith. He took to Twitter to show how angry he was:
Sounds like someone over at Interscope is about to get FIRED!! But on a good note, the 16 track album seems to be a great hit with a lot of his fans. Even Taylor Swift was hyped about the early release:
