Chile! While Blac Chyna is fighting her own battles against the Kardashian-Jenner family, now she has to worry about her mother, Tokyo Toni.
According to People, the Kardashian family’s attorney, Michael Rhodes, claimed that Toni made “veiled physical threats” against his clients online ahead of opening statements.
Tokyo Toni Blasts The Kardashians On Live After Being Booted From Courtroom
If you recall, Toni’s went live on Instagram following Monday’s jury selection for the trial. During the live, she stated Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Khloé Kardashian “looked scary” in real life. She also came for their appearance, saying they had “dips” in their faces. The 50-year-old also said,
“It’s just so sad. Then Khloé was shaking her f****ng head off everything every juror said.” She continued saying, “You all right, bi***? Did you have some Xanax or something before you got there, bi***?”
In response to Toni’s video, the attorney requested that Toni not be allowed in court. However, Chyna’s legal team is standing behind her! Chyna’s lawyer, Lynne Ciani, argued that while she has no control over Toni, she also told the mother that the behavior was unacceptable.
“I can’t control her mother,” Lynne said. “My client wants a fair trial. I already told her it was unacceptable, and she can’t be in the courtroom.”
The Kardashians sat behind jurors, and Chyna was seated beside her attorney. As we reported earlier, Toni shared a video explaining that she had been kicked out outside the courtroom. In a lengthy post, she wrote,
“I’m outside of the court building…But let me tell you about yesterday. They got dogged the f**k out, and they mad today. They are so mad. Said that they were scared of me. With all those police around? All the things that’s going on, you’re scared of little old Tokyo in a dress and some heels. That’s ’cause they are losing.”
