Kanye West is in a sticky situation all because he didn’t keep his promise to Tidal User’s about Tidal being the only place where fans can listen to his new album, and one user in particular, Justin Backer-Rhett, wants Kanye to pay up because he just filed a class action lawsuit.
Remember when Kanye took to Twitter to tell all his fans that his album would never be on Apple Music..Ever, and that you could only stream it on Tidal.
Well according to TMZ, that was enough to Justin to get that Tidal membership ASAP. In his suit he’s saying Kanye’s lie helped bring in $84 million dollars to Tidal!
Then as we know Kanye’s “The Life Of Pablo” was soon popping up on Apple Music.
Justin feels like he was used to help save Tidal from failing and that he want’s his $9.99 back!
