Rumors of their relationship had been circulating for a hot lil’ minute. So, the golf champ finally broke his silence by making things social media official with Donald Trump Jr.’s ex-wife.

If you let Tiger Woods’ Instagram caption and photos tell it, he appears to be smitten with his new lady. He didn’t share any specifics about his ties to Vanessa, including when and how they met or how serious things are between them. He did, however, make it clear that “love is in the air.” But in the same breath, he asked their supporters to give their romance some space.
“Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side! We look forward to our journey through life together. At this time we would appreciate privacy for all those close to our hearts,” Woods wrote in his Insta-caption.
As mentioned, Tiger Woods shared two images with Vanessa Trump in his announcement. The first shows him and her smiling at the camera with their arms around each other’s back and waist. Social Media Pops OFF With Reactions To The Relationship
As you might expect, privacy seems to be the last thing social media users are doing. Snatching up President Donald Trump’s former daughter-in-law is gagging the comment sections, including his. In only 18 hours of being live, the relationship announcement has received over 8,000 comments on his page.
@bk2dafullest wrote, “Confused on how one requests privacy when making public announcements.”
@coachdan_golf added, “I love Tiger, but this post confuses me deeply.”
“Read this caption 10 times and still trying to figure out what it means,” @breenblurbs wrote.
@ross.mout shared a lil’ theory, writing, “She def stole his phone to post this. You think he really said ‘Love is in the air.'”
And @seasaltrun was also seemingly stuck on the caption. He wrote, “This is the most un Tiger Woods-like post I’ve ever seen.” @thecountryclubcollection seemed to agree, adding, “Tiger, did your account get hacked?”

Who Is Vanessa Trump?
Aside from being Donald Trump Jr.’s wife, Vanessa is also the mother of five children they welcomed during their marriage. Their eldest daughter, Kai, is also President Trump’s firstborn grandchild. Vanessa and Jr. also co-parent Donald III, Tristan, Spencer, and Chloe. Trump Jr. proposed to his ex-wife in 2004, and they were married the following year. The relationship ended in divorce in 2018.
Despite concerns about how the Trump family might feel about the new romance, Ivanka Trump has already spoken out. According to ABC News, she commented, “So happy for you both,” under Tiger Woods’ post.
As for Tiger, it’s well-known how much he seemingly adores President Trump. In July 2024, Tiger told reporters he could barely sleep after a bullet grazed the president’s ear. Additionally, Trump reportedly honored Woods with the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2019. The athlete and President Trump have also spent time kicking it on the golf course.
Most recently, Tiger went viral, along with a few other Black celebrities, for popping out to the president’s Black History Month event.
