#Roommates, #Timbaland is going through a tough time trying to get a squatter out of his home in Miami!
According to @Blast, Timbaland was trying to sell his $3.3M, 7 bedroom, 8 bathroom home in Miami, but is now suing a man by the name of #WilliamZamora because he moved into Timbaland’s home before the deal went through and now refuses to leave.
In the lawsuit Timbaland apparently worked out a deal with Zamora to allow him to live in the mansion while the escrow was closing. The contract stated if the deal didn’t close, Zamora would have to pay $3k per month.
If you do the math, paying $30k to live in a 7 bedroom, 8 bath mansion! So Zamora didn’t close the deal and is now living in Timbaland’s home on a technicality! Timbaland is demanding a court order to have Zamora kicked out of his mansion!
