An unnamed representative for Chilli spoke exclusively with TMZ and confirmed the pair’s relationship. According to the outlet, the source explained that Chilli and Lawrence are in an “exclusive relationship.” They also added that the pair moved past the “friend phase” just ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday.
In addition, the source also revealed that Lawrence and Chilli have spent the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays together. Lawrence has even met Chilli’s family in Atlanta.
A representative named Christal Jordan also spoke exclusively with PEOPLE. And shared more insight into the pair’s relationship.

The Couple’s Instagram Debut
The couple confirmed their relationship via Instagram this past weekend, with a cute dance video. In the clip, Chilli and Lawrence sported matching pajamas and rocked out to a-ha’s “Take on Me.”

As TMZ previously reported, Chilli and Lawrence were first spotted together in Hawaii after Lawrence’s divorce from professional dancer Cheryl Burke. The two were spotted getting into the water and enjoying a “lengthy conversation.”

According to PEOPLE, Burke filed for divorce from Lawrence in February but listed Jan. 7, 2022, as their official date of separation.
Chilli previously dated fellow singer and performer Usher. However, the two went through a very public breakup in 2003. The singer also has a 25-year-old son with music producer Dallas Austin.
