It looks like another Braxton sister will be walking down the aisle very soon. Recently Toni Braxton called into the Rick & Sasha Radio Show to promote her latest single.
During their discussion, Toni was asked about her wedding to Birdman and Toni revealed that they have been going back and forth with it comes to their wedding date. They had a date set, however, things started getting too big, so they are currently in the process of figuring things out.
Nonetheless, Toni said that they will be tying the knot this year for sure. Toni continued to talk about how private they are when it comes to their relationship.
She said, “You don’t ever hardly see us together. When we were out, it was a lot of people saying things and I’m kind of sensitive and I can’t deny it. I just want to keep our business private. And people can ask me questions I’m fine with that, it’s just sometimes people have too much of an opinion.”
Back in 2018, Toni revealed that Birdman had given her a deadline to set a wedding date.
At the time she said during an appearance on “The Wendy Williams Show,” “We almost had a date, well we had two dates, but we were doing ‘Braxton Family Values’ and we were going through a little drama, and I was like, ‘Okay the wedding is a good thing to get all of us sisters together,’ but I couldn’t get us all together. I said the wedding is not a good reason because it’s messing up my relationship a little bit.”
It looks like this year will be the real deal when it comes to them officially tying the knot.
