Tory Lanez Channels His Inner Michael Jackson In His New Video ‘SKAT’ Featuring DaBaby

Roommates, Tory Lanez continues his recent streak of putting out new music—and this time he has some help from DaBaby and some legendary inspiration from Michael Jackson. Tory Lanez just dropped the video for his single “SKAT,” which not only features him trading bars with DaBaby, but also recreating Michael Jackson’s iconic “Thriller” music video.

Tory Lanez and DaBaby look like they’re having the time of their lives in the video for “SKAT,” from Tory’s latest project, as fans are already proclaiming the track will be a contender for the song of the summer.

The pairing of Tory and DaBaby has also caused a bit of an online debate, as many fans are wondering how DaBaby decided to work with Tory given that he has worked with Megan Thee Stallion frequently in the past—and Tory still stands accused of allegedly shooting Meg in the foot last summer.

Meanwhile, during a recent interview, Tory revealed that there were a lot of celebrities who distanced themselves from him publicly, but were still showing him tons of love in private.

“You gotta understand, people have brands. Before I look at Tory Lanez like it’s me, Tory Lanez is a brand. Whatever artist is their brand. At the moment, it wasn’t the look to put their brand on it. Unless you were somebody who stood so far into the brand, that your brand was so you, that your personal life is reflected on your brand. When it started there were very few people like that on the outside, but on the inside it was love. That was the weird thing about it for me,” he said.
