“But what I will say is that there are movements happening in the background, and the powers that be can clearly see that this was a hatched job. They can see based on the evidence [] Everybody can see that. [] And I think its much sooner than a lot of people think. Much sooner than later. Hes coming home.”

Fans have been reacting to supposed discrepancies in the case since the trial. This included alleged conflicting witness statements and questions about the gun residue evidence. Torys Prison Stabbing Sparks Outrage & Viral Petition

In May, the Canadian rapper was reportedly stabbed 14 times in a brutal attack at California Correctional Institution. Sources say he took seven wounds to the back, four to the torso, two to the back of his head, and one to the face. Both lungs reportedly collapsed during the attack. Tory was airlifted for emergency treatment and made a full recovery within a week.

The alleged attacker, Santino Casio, whos serving life for murder, told TMZ he acted in self-defense. Additionally, he claimed he heard rumors of a bounty on Torys head and thought he saw a weapon.
The incident lit a fire under Torys fans. It sparked a Change.org petition from the Caldwell Institute for Public Safety demanding a pardon from California Governor Gavin Newsom.

Furthermore, the petition garnered over 270,000 signatures within days. This included a significant endorsement from Drake, who reshared it on his Instagram Stories. His caption read, Come home soon. The petition argues that Torys sentence was unjust and points to the prison attack as proof hes not safe behind bars.
