Following his recent birthday, Tory Lanez decided to take to social media to offer some incredibly kind words about Bow Wow, who he says “we all wanted to be.”
Bow Wow celebrated his 34th birthday earlier this week, and as the love poured in from all of his fans and celebrity friends—Tory Lanez tweeted some heartfelt sentiments of his own about just how influential Bow Wow was back in the day.
Tory tweeted:
“Never forget…We all wanted to be Bow Wow at one time in our life’s as kids…we all wanted some random shoes to make us like mike…we all wanted the puppy’s and models in his videos, and we def wanted to call snoop our uncle lmao…HAPPY G DAY SHAD!!!!!”
Meanwhile, late last month a judge denied Tory’s request to have the gag order lifted in his ongoing case regarding his alleged role in the shooting of Megan Thee Stallion.
As we previously reported, the motion was filed late last month when Tory’s attorney asked the judge to modify the terms of the protection order against him so that he can publicly respond to Megan and discuss the case, specifically new evidence that supports his innocence, his team says.
Tory Lanez also wants to be able to publicly defend himself about the case. At the time the motion was filed, Megan fired off a series of tweets about him after a false report suggested she dropped the assault charges against him.
