On Monday, April 28, Instagram user @livebitez took to the platform to share footage apparently obtained from a recent livestream of Trippie’s. In the clip, the rapper told viewers that “blogs be so childish.”
My baby ain’t have no baby shower yet. So, you blogs go run and tell everybody that. Since I’m the “worst dad” and I don’t show up to baby showers, and all that extra s**t,” he said.
To note, the viral rumor appeared to have been initially sparked by a tweet shared via X, formerly known as Twitter. The tweet was initially shared by user @onlydubsX. Furthermore, the tweet was shared on April 20 and alleged Coi Leray “attend[ed] her baby shower alone.” Subsequently, the tweet garnered at least 2.9 million views and over 400 comments in reaction.
