Roommates, Apollo Nida is officially out of prison, but he’s not a free man, yet.


According to The Blast, Apollo has been released from prison and transferred to a halfway house in Philadelphia to complete the remainder of his sentence. He was set to be released from prison on October 15.


An official for the Residential Reentry Management confirmed with The Blast that Apollo was transferred, but have decided to keep the specific location of the halfway house private.


As we previously reported, Apollo was sentenced to 96 months in prison in back in 2014. He please guilt to conspiracy to commit mail, wire and bank fraud.


Apollo was part of the Real Housewives of Atlanta cast along with wife Phaedra, who filed for divorce in 2017 after being married to Apollo for eight years. The divorce was settled while Apollo was still behind bars.


While still in prison, Apollo did manage to find love again! He got engaged to a realtor from Philadelphia named Sherien back in November 2016. The Blast reports the two are still engaged, and were spotted in Philadelphia after his release.


Prior to his release, Apollo’s most recent dealings with Phaedra came from his request to throw out their prenup! Back in 2017, Apollo filed documents to get his prenup with Phaedra thrown out, and their assets divided up!


Phaedra has not yet commented on her ex-hubby’s release, but we’ll continue to spill the tea for y’all as it comes!
