Roommates, we are sending our prayers to the family of actor Kristoff St. John.

According to TMZ, Kristoff, who is most known for starring on the soap opera “The Young and the Restless” passed away at the age of 52. Law enforcement sources revealed that one of his friends went to go check on him at his San Fernando Valley home where his body was found.

Authorities say he was pronounced deceased at the scene. There were reportedly no signs of foul play, however, one source reportedly said alcohol might have played a role.

According to USA Today, Officer Rosario Cervantes, of the LAPD said, “We did respond yesterday at 2:05 p.m. on Morea Way for a possible alcohol overdose and that’s going to be a coroner’s case.”

Since 1991, Kristoff played the role of Neil Winters on the long-running soap opera “The Young and the Restless.”
