Her pricey dress features a tiered maxi skirt, cap sleeves with draped details, a floor-sweeping gem and V neckline with frill trim.
Bey accessorized the look with $1,145 Dolce & Gabbana earrings, a Balmain 44-18 quilted napa tassel saddle bag in gold, worth $1,995, and $325 Miu Miu cat-eye sunnies.
E! News reported that the outing was a family affair as the singer was joined by hubby Jay-Z and mom Tina Knowles Lawson.
