We have seen a ton of our favorite celebs rocking the popular streetwear brand, “Hood By Air,” but unfortunately the fashion line will be going on an immediate hiatus.
According to The Fader, the brand recently announced it would be going on hiatus because its co-founders Shayne Oliver and Leilah Weinraub will be pursuing their own independent projects.
The announcement was made in a press release, “Weinraub is currently developing her film and directorial career with her upcoming project ‘SHAKEDOWN,’ included in the Whitney Biennial in May. Oliver will be devoting himself in the immediate future to his responsibilities at Helmut Lang.”
Nonetheless, those who are fans of the brand do not have to worry about their streetwear fashions disappearing for good, as they “will continue to fulfill its creative vision in the near future.”
