Well #Bey and #Jay have announced that more than $1 million from ticket sales will be awarded to 11 students living in cities on the U.S. leg of their tour, according to Ebony.
The #BeyGOOD Initiative and #TheShawnCarterFoundation will spearhead the program, awarding $100,000 to one qualified student in each of the following cities: Atlanta, Orlando, Miami, Arlington, New Orleans, Houston, Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Diego, Santa Clara and Seattle. A #BoysandGirlsClubofAmerica in each location will be tasked with picking the student who will receive the money.
