We all knew when Pharrell Williams entered into the entertainment industry that he was something special. He’s a creative and innovative thinker and he contributes to pop culture in a major way.
Nearly 5 years ago Williams launched “i am OTHER,” which is a digital platform for creative content, and it specializes in individuality.
In an E! exclusive Williams says, “individuality is the new wealth,” we couldn’t agree with him more.
In today’s society being an individual can be difficult, especially with the distractions of social media. Sometimes it can be tough being an individual.
Williams teamed up with Yoobi which is a creative supplies company to launch a back-to-school collection. This new collection embraces positive imagery of self-acceptance and love. For every collection purchased a donation will be made to a classroom in need and those who less fortunate.
This is such an awesome project just in time for school and as a father of an 8-year old, Williams says he had the future in mind when he originally collaborated with Yoobi.
