Mamoudou’s brave act caught the attention of errrbody, including French President, Emmanuel Macron. Mamou, who is originally from Mali, was offered citizenship, as well as a job at the Paris Fire Brigade after a meeting with the President Monday morning.
For those wondering, French media reports say that the father of the child is being held by authorities for alleged neglect.
