#Roommates, we’ve been keeping you up to date on what’s been going on with #DMX’s tax issues and unfortunately it looks like he’ll be spending a year behind bars.
According to @tmz_tv, a judge has ordered him to serve the year and pay back over $2.2 million in restitution. DMX will also have 3 years of supervised released.
Apparently DMX addressed the judge who gave him his sentenced and took responsibility for his actions saying he was “too old to be doing the things he’s doing” and admitted he “hasn’t been thinking straight.”
It’s unfortunate this had to escalate to jail time but hopefully when X gets out. He can start on a ew page!
