#Roommates, weve been keeping you up to date on whats been going on with #DMXs tax issues and unfortunately it looks like hell be spending a year behind bars.
According to @tmz_tv, a judge has ordered him to serve the year and pay back over $2.2 million in restitution. DMX will also have 3 years of supervised released.
Apparently DMX addressed the judge who gave him his sentenced and took responsibility for his actions saying he was too old to be doing the things he’s doing and admitted he hasn’t been thinking straight.
Its unfortunate this had to escalate to jail time but hopefully when X gets out. He can start on a ew page!
