Just days after he was hospitalized for potentially suffering a brain aneurysm, it’s being reported that Dr. Dre has agreed to pay his estranged wife Nicole Young $2 million in temporary spousal support.
He struck a deal that would require him to write her a one-time check for the 2 milli and that’s all he’ll pay, at least until their next divorce hearing in April, according to TMZ
Believe it or not, Nicole actually demanded $2 million per month PLUS another $5 million in attorney’s fees. But apparently Dre was not going to let her get all of that and the catch is, she has to use the money he’s giving her to pay her lawyers, according to TMZ.
Overall, it’s just been a rough week for Dre. Between this nasty divorce battle and his hospitalization, having a temporary solution for the time being will likely allow him to recover peacefully.
Dre was rushed to the hospital early this week by ambulance and was taken directly to ICU. Fans and loved ones flooded social media with support for Dre, who later thanked them for the love and said he was doing great.
